Right of way plans gives engineers the right to build and operate a railroad line, road, or utility on land belonging to another. Right of way plans are approved by the Department of Public Works and the Cuyahoga County Council.

 

Bishop Road Bridge Project

  • The Department of Public Works submitted the Project’s Right of Way Property Map for County Council approval on July 30, 2019
  • A First Reading of the Resolution approving the revised right-of-way plans was made by the Cuyahoga County Council at its meeting on September 10, 2019
  • Review the M-5038 right-of-way plans

Memphis Road Bridge
