Planning Committee MeetingThe Cuyahoga County Engineer’s Office manages a program called “Capital Improvement Program (CIP)”. It was developed for the planning of future road and bridge improvements and to inform the residents of Cuyahoga County about projects going on in their communities.

Most of the operations are financed in part by Ohio Vehicle Registration Fee, County Permissive Motor Vehicle License Tax, State Gasoline Tax, available Federal Highway and Bridge Funding, and working closely with local cities and villages to cover the costs of roadway improvements.
