Ivanhoe Road

Working under temporarily one lane closures, weather permitting, contractor will return to complete various punch list work.
New school zone signage including permanent epoxy and thermoplastic paint marking will be installed as warmer weather permits.

Green Road
Working under temporarily one lane closures, weather permitting, contractor will return to complete various punch list work.
New permanent epoxy and thermoplastic paint marking will be installed as warmer weather permits.
Construction of several new drive aprons including a new curb ramp crossing at the North Green Road/Green Road intersection.
Re-seeding and mulching as needed for all tree lawn areas.

Green Road-Phase I
Two-way traffic is being maintained between Monticello and Euclid while a southbound only traffic zone is being enforced for Green Road from North Green

Green Road Phase II
Contractor will flip traffic zone from phase I to phase II and begin work on the western one half of Green Rd. from Lancaster to North Green Rd. Two-way traffic will be maintained on the newly rehabilitated ester one half section of Green Rd.

The following work will be performed in the next 30 days.
Full width surface paving on Green Road from North Green Rd. to Euclid Ave.
Remove detour and restore two-way traffic on Green Rd. from North Green Rd., to Euclid Ave.
Milling of existing asphalt pavement to a depth of 3” (Landcaster to North Green)
Inspect and mark milled surfaces for full depth and partial depth repairs including and deteriorate concrete curbs and sidewalks.
Construction of ADA compliant curb ramps at: Blandford, Weston, North Green, and Grouton.
Intermediate asphalt paving
Inspect, adjust and replace iron on existing manhole, catch basin, and water valves castings.

- Final clean-up
- Surface asphalt paving week of October 10th.
Green Road-Phase I (east one half of roadway)
- Two-way traffic will be maintained between Monticello and North Green Roads while a southbound only traffic zone will be enforced on Green Rd. from north Green Rd. to Euclid Ave.
- Please follow and obey all detour signs.
Phase I
- Work continues: Roadway casting adjustments, full depth joint repairs, type 6 curb removal and replacement as directed various drive apron repairs. All work in progress.
Phase II
- West one half of Green Rd. from Landcaster to North Green is scheduled to begin mid to late October.
- This work will involve the milling 3” of existing asphalt followed by inspection and marking for various partial/full depth repairs.

September 12, 2022

Ivanhoe Road-Phase II (east one half of roadway)
- Phase I is completed.
- Existing asphalt pavement has been planned.
- Single chip seal treatment applied followed by 1 ¾ of intermediate asphalt pavement.
- Full depth and partial depth repairs are in process.
- Various manholes, catch basins, and water valve adjustments continue.
- Inspection and replacement of type 6 curb and 4’ sidewalks.
Green Road-Phase I (east one half of roadway)
- Two-way traffic will be maintained between Monticello and North Green Roads while a southbound only traffic zone will be enforced on Green Rd. from north Green Rd. to Euclid Ave.
- Northbound traffic will be detoured to North Green Rd., Cliffview Rd. then to Euclid Ave.
- Please follow and obey all detour signs.
September work will include:
- Milling top 3’ of existing asphalt, inspection of base pavement for partial and full depth repairs, followed by a single chip seal and placement of intermediate asphalt pavement.
