If you are a Cuyahoga County taxpayer and have registered to use the Point and Pay service to pay your bill, you may have received an email that appeared to be from Cuyahoga County and asked you to take steps to add your parcel to your Account Dashboard.

You should have also received a second email that advised you to disregard those instructions.

The original email was inadvertently sent to taxpayers as part of an upgrade for Point and Pay’s archiving system.

*Please note: fees apply when paying online using a debit or credit card. Debit cards are a flat fee of $2.95 and credit cards are 2.3% with a minimum charge of $1.50. There are no convenience fees for electronic check or ACH/electronic check transactions.

When you search for your property by parcel number, owner name or address through the above link, you will be taken to a third-party vendor called Point and Pay. Online payments can be made with a credit card, debit card, electronic check or ACH/electronic check in a secure environment that exceeds Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance standards.Registration is not required, but creating an account will allow you to store your payment and parcel information, including receipts and transaction history. Registration also will allow you to schedule payments with a future date.
