The Real Property Division oversees the real estate and space needs of the Cuyahoga County Executive and related County Agencies. Responsibilities include developing goals for acquisition and disposition of real property assets necessary for the County government's mission and operational needs. The County has more than five million square feet of space under its control by ownership or lease.

The Department of Public Works recently consolidated and sold four County owned properties by providing a centralized location for the Operations and Maintenance groups, improving staff and managerial efficiencies. Harvard Rd. garage includes new capabilities, such as training and meeting spaces, additional protected storage for vehicles and materials, maximized availability of County vehicles and emergency management vehicle storage.
