The Board serves as an advocacy group for disabled persons within Cuyahoga County. The Committee will comment on areas of employment, law, architectural attitudinal barriers and other relevant issues concerning disabled persons.

The majority of committee members shall be persons with a disability. All members shall be persons who are knowledgable regarding disability issues, have demonstrated involvement and experience with persons who have disabilities, and committed to working collaboratively to achieve the purpose of the committee.
