SherylHarrisSheryl Harris is the Director of Cuyahoga County’s Department of Consumer Affairs. Before joining the county, she wrote the Plain Dealing consumer column for the Cleveland Plain Dealer. She has appeared as a guest consumer expert on “Sound of Ideas,” which airs on Cleveland public radio affiliate WCPN, and as a money coach on the nationally broadcast public radio shows “Marketplace Money” and “Tell Me More.” Before joining the Plain Dealer, Sheryl worked at the Akron Beacon Journal, where she served on a reporting team that won a Pulitzer Prize for its series on race relations, “A Question of Color.” Sheryl joined Cuyahoga County Department of Consumer Affairs in July 2015.
