Quilt Project

In celebration of Cuyahoga County's Bicentennial, please join us in creating a specially designed Bicentennial block quilt, or by submitting a creative quilt of your own. All quilts exhibited must have a historical theme and include at least one Cuyahoga County First. Two new quilt blocks will be released monthly starting June 2009. Instructions for two blocks each month can be found at Cuyahoga County Public Library branches, Cleveland Metroparks Nature Centers and Abigayle’s Quiltery. We encourage you to enter your quilt in the Cuyahoga County Bicentennial Quilt Show taking place August 9-15, 2010, at the Cuyahoga County Fairground sponsored by the Cuyahoga County Bicentennial Committee. Entry deadline is July 6, 2010. Click here for a copy of the application.
